Dropping off Sky Tower is a big ask - but not if it means helping young Kiwis succeed. Help me transform lives forever with GDF.
Auckland
Plummeting down 192 metres at 85km an hour is not something I would naturally put my hand up for BUT if it helps to transform the lives of young people here in New Zealand - then I'm up for it.
At Genesis Energy we talk a lot about doing the right thing, making it happen and playing your part. So when one of our community partners (the Graeme Dingle Foundation) asked if someone would be prepared to do something ‘a bit different’ to raise funds I decided to take up the challenge.
Graeme Dingle Foundation programmes aim to stop bullying, reduce truancy and help transform young lives for good. Genesis Energy is playing their part by supporting Kiwi Can in schools in the Waikato but every $ helps. And that’s where you come in.
Your donation will literally ‘push me over the edge’ and help the Graeme Dingle Foundation to transform young lives forever. I’ll play my part if you will – so donate now!
Some of the statistics around young people in New Zealand aren't great. 45,000 Kiwi kids report being bullied every week. 45% of all unemployed in NZ are youth. Over 170,000 children have been truant in the last year.
Genesis Energy has been a partner with the Graeme Dingle Foundation for many years and so I've heard about the great work they do in schools.
Now it's my turn to personally do something to help out - I'll jump if you donate!
Drop Your Boss is a unique FUNdraiser which challenges our Corporate Partners to nominate their Boss to 'drop' off the top of a building.
