Did a short talk about my past to the wonderful residents and staff of knox college here in Dunedin. They responded with wonderful generosity and now I’m even closer to my target!, thanks to you all.
My personal circumstances have changed, and my works situation has changed, but I’m still training hard to achieve my aim. Please, give if you can, every cent counts
Now declared fully fit for exercise in the gym again, so let full training(with a gradual introduction) begin!. Practice walks with pack training back on schedule!..keep giving please folks.

Now training 2 hours twice a week. 90 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weights.
In addition, Sunday morning 4 hour pack training gradually increasing the pack weight using various local outdoor tracks.
1 hour cardio plus free weights every other day. 10 month training begins
