walk the walk to dance the dance

my step daughter has very high special needs, sometimes she finds it hard to walk or talk, yet a wonderful organisation, 'StarJam' has helped her, through dance and music, to do both.

my aim is to walk New Zealand's longest great walk, the Heaphy Track in four days. i will be 60 when i walk it and i have had three surgeries in the last three years including an ankle fusion. This will be tough and there will be tough training for the next year to achieve it. i will complete the walk in October 2023.
