Walking 1700km for a cure

Nationwide

Kia ora: My husband and I are walking the length of NZ on Te Araroa. We completed the South Island leg (1300km) in April of this year (2024) and we will set out on the North Island leg (1700km) in September this year. When we walked the South Island, we had our own personal Trail Angel in Nelson, who posted food boxes to us, and received packages for us. She has now been diagnosed with breast cancer. As a "thank you" to her and the invaluable job she did for us, I am dedicating this North Island leg to her, and hoping to raise $1 per km.
