We all know someone who’s been affected by mental health or suicide. Gumboot Friday seems to be the only real hope in NZ to make a difference and I think after the recent interview on The Rock with Mike King, he could use all the help we can give! So I’m 3 days late but I’m going to aim to walk 137kms for the rest of November. 1km for every young person who took their own life in NZ last year.
