Wendy Varney is a manager within ANZ Hornby and another one of the awesome bosses willing to take the leap of faith for Canterbury kids.
Canterbury
Many of our young people face various challenges every day. Support our youth by getting behind your ‘boss’ as they tackle their own challenge of being ‘dropped’ (abseiled) from the Les Mills building in Cashel Street on the 7th of October 2016.
All money raised will go towards delivering Graeme Dingle Foundation programmes formally known as FYD in Canterbury, New Zealand.
At the Graeme Dingle Foundation we believe it is important that we not only do good, but that we can also prove the difference we make within the youth of New Zealand . Our programmes change lives and are informed by best-practice research.
With our university research partners we know our programmes;
- Improve attitudes and behaviour,
- Improve academic results,
- Help young people set and achieve their goals
- Boost self-confidence,
- Reduce truancy rates and at risk behaviours: such as substance abuse,
- Help young people feel more positive about the future.
You too can be part of that change and help the young people of New Zealand.

I'm involved in Drop Your Boss Canterbury because I know of the fantastic work that the Graeme Dingle Foundation here in Canterbury do for our Kiwi Kids.
Drop Your Boss is a unique FUNdraiser which challenges our Corporate Partners to nominate their Boss to 'drop' off the top of a building.
