Last year after watching a friend smash out her Gumboot Friday Challenge I got thinking what could I do to raise some money for this amazing cause, and this idea was born. I have struggled with my mental health for a long time and struggled with it even as a child when I look back, so anything I can do to help Kids is worth the short term pain.
