    Our 2020 In-House Throwdown went off without a hitch.

    We had the most teams ever compete - a whopping 66 athletes from community veterans to those that have only been CrossFitting for the last few months. Everyone had a blast!

    Thank-you to our awesome volunteers, amazing photographers and Coach Jess for all contributing to a phenomenal day.

    $660 was raised for RDA Wellington from our team registration fees.
