Zoe Speedy 4 hour RDA Relay 2024

Zoe has been given the opportunity to participate in the Riding for Disabled Charity Horse Riding Relay on November 2nd at their Equestrian Centre on Ngapeke Road, Welcome Bay. Zoe will ride for 30 minutes over a 4 hour period. Please come and support her if you can - we would love to see you!

Your sponsorship will help feed the horses, assist the volunteers and provide therapeutic riding for many children.

Here’s what Zoe has to say: I started horse riding lessons at the RDA when I was 6 years old and I turn 9 next March! I also go to their school holidays Own Your Own Pony - holiday program. My favourite day is pony fun and games!

I live on a lifestyle block in the Papamoa Hills so we are very handy to the RDA. I LOVE horses and spending time with animals. I’m very lucky to be able to learn to ride at such an amazing place. Mum loves that I learn all the basics and ride horses that encourage me to learn to ride properly.

My favourite horses are Tali, Welcome, Ike and Questy. (I can’t pick just one lol). My favourite coaches are Lyla (since moved overseas), Megan and Tracey. My favourite volunteer is Zara.
