180 Degrees Trust works with young people aged 13 - 17 who need a helping hand. Our aim is to empower, educate and inspire.
Canterbury
Our charitable trust delivers youth development programmes that utilise the natural environment to challenge and motivate young people. We also operate an alternative education course for 18 pupils.
Our ethos is to get outdoors and active and we have access to some of the most scenic and remote areas in Canterbury. With highly experienced and skilled staff who put safety first we provide unique opportunities for young people to turn their lives around.
180 Degrees Trust is a charitable Trust, established in 2007 by a group of friends who all share a deep passion for the outdoors and an even greater heart for genuine connection and contribution to others – empowering disadvantaged youth in Canterbury, to make better choices.
180 has built a reputation for developing and supporting young people.
Our ethos is to use the challenges of the outdoors and through access to some of the most spectacular vistas in Canterbury, to challenge, educate and empower the youth we work with....."using the high country as our classroom"
