Give low cost counselling to couples and individuals when they need it most in Te Tauihu.
Nelson / Tasman
You can give the gift of counselling in Nelson-Tasman. For 50 years Life Linc Counselling has been providing low-cost affordable counselling. What started out as a phone service in 1974 as Lifeline Nelson, we have evolved over the decades to meet the demands of our community. Our focus has always been to deliver high quality counselling services to help our community grow and develop ways to bring joy to their lives and the lives of their whanau. In 2013, we became Life Linc Charitable Trust and focused on face-to-face counselling. This year we have re-organised as a charitable trust to be fit for purpose as our focus is our community. Now operating as Life Linc Counselling, our goal is to expand our services and meet the growing demand for low-cost counselling.
We work with both individuals and couples, offering a caring, confidential, non-judgmental service - giving people the opportunity to talk things through with a counsellor who is trained to listen, empathise, explore options & challenge. The therapeutic process helps empower people to make positive changes in their life, which in turn impacts on their relationship with family, friends & work colleagues & their community.
Each year we have served the needs of 200+ individuals and couples with our services and are looking forward to reaching more people and groups in Te Tau Ihu and the wider Tasman region.
Give today to support the counselling services in Te Tauihu and allow others to access our services. Me mahi tahi tātou.
Life Linc Counselling provides affordable face to face counselling for all those in need in the Nelson-Tasman communities. We are a not for profit charitable organisation that receives no government funding and relies on grants and donations.
