From humble beginnings in 1978, the DHHF has proudly supported the Deaf and hard of hearing community for over 45 years. Our mission is to help create a society enabling individuals who are Deaf or living with hearing loss to thrive, for barriers to be removed and for high quality, accessible hearing healthcare for all.
During this appeal, a gift to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Foundation goes twice as far, thanks to our matched giving partner Specsavers.
Our retirement village outreach programme is bringing hearing checks and workshops to help support elderly New Zealanders stay connected, engaged, and well.
