The House of Grace Trust is embarking on an exciting new journey, expanding our reach to support even more young mums and their babies in diverse and meaningful ways. As we transition to a family-based model, we’re closing our residential homes and partnering with community organisations to place young mums in individual family homes across New Zealand, where they can receive personalised care and support. As a non-profit and non –government funded organisation, we rely on donations from people who share our heart to see young lives changed.
