We have got a quote from Opus consultants to give us a report for the scope of works, we cant engage Opus until we have secured funding for the report as most charitable trusts don't do retrospective funding. We are fairly confident that we should have funding for the report by weeks end and then we anticipate it will take Opus around 6 weeks to complete. I will update you as soon as we have the report.
