ARRC Wildlife Trust assists the DOC, vet clinics and the public with the rescue and rehab of injured and orphaned wildlife in the BOP

Bay of Plenty

Every day and in every way, ARRC Wildlife Trust aims to improve the well-being of our communities’ wildlife, animals and natural environment.

Founded in 2003 by Dr Liza Schneider, ARRC Wildlife Trust has been assisting the Department of Conservation, vet clinics and the public with the rescue and rehabilitation of injured and orphaned wildlife in the Bay of Plenty.

We are passionate about caring for our native wildlife. We work to educate and create public awareness in order to ensure the long-term health of our wildlife and natural environment.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
