Access Radio Taranaki 104.4FM exists to provide a voice to those people in our community who are unrepresented in mainstream media. Our signal can be heard from Raglan to Wanganui. We also stream live on the internet and, once shows are aired, they become part of our audio library making it possible for anyone, anywhere, to choose when they listen to a show.
ART does not solicit nor accept paid advertising, and this is an important point of difference to other local media. Access Radio Taranaki 104.4FM is a not-for-profit organisation and we are funded largely through grants, sponsorships and donations.

Access Radio Taranaki 104.4FM gives a broadcast voice to Taranaki women, youth, the children, the disabled, ethnic, religious, ethical, elders, men and other minorities and groups in the community by which to share within and beyond their group, their thoughts, beliefs, feelings, knowledge, culture and ideals.
