The event offers a wide variety of games, food stalls, educational displays, and a collection of stage shows presenting diverse cultural performances, appealing to all family members from children to adults alike.

Auckland Eid Day events over the last three years have turned out to be very successful with an attendance of approximately 3500 people in 2011, 7000 per event in 2012, and approximately 10,000 per event in 2013 & 2014. Such hype is unprecedented in the New Zealand Muslim community, and will only continue to grow as the event grows.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
