We’re tackling New Zealand’s biggest heart and lung health challenges - and we need your help.
Wellington
1 in 5 Kiwis die from heart disease. 1 in 5 live with a respiratory disease.
Those numbers are huge. And they’re not getting better fast enough.
That’s why the Cardiac and Respiratory Foundation NZ exists.
We’re here to change the way New Zealand tackles heart and lung health. We’re pushing for better healthcare, funding research, educating health professionals and speaking up for the millions of Kiwis affected by heart and lung conditions.
But change doesn’t happen on its own.
We need your help.
We recieve no government funding, so your donation helps us turn research into action, push for better care, raise awareness and make sure heart and lung health stays on the national agenda.
Because behind every statistic is a person. A parent. A partner. A child. A friend.
And too many New Zealanders are getting sick or dying from conditions that can be prevented, treated or better managed.
Give today. Help us change the statistics. Help create a healthier Aotearoa.
The Foundation supports the 700,000 New Zealanders who live with a respiratory condition such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchiectasis through advocacy, education and training, research and improving health literacy.
