Changing Minds leads collaborative social change projects aimed at reducing stigma and discrimination and improving mental health and wellbeing for communities and people. As a consumer-led organisation, we also provide systemic advocacy for the rights of people with lived experience and up-to-date information on mental health and social development initiatives across Aotearoa.

Changing Minds is a national not-for-profit organisation operated entirely by those with personal experience of recovery from mental health and/or addiction issues, we work in the broad area of wellbeing services, advocacy, human rights, and health policy.
