We are the Big Top for the Circulation Festival; learning, sharing, and celebrating free creativity and flow arts every year at the Waiora Scout Camp, Whare Flat, just outside Otepoti (Dunedin).
Circulation Festival has been run by Director Dan Hendra since 2008. For the 2012 event - the most successful yet - Hendra and Co-Director Danyl Strype assembled a new management team of volunteers representing a range of groups within the Otepoti circus community to form CC Inc.
