CISV International (Childrens International Summer Villages) is a global community of dedicated volunteers creating opportunities for all ages to experience the excitement and enrichment of cultural diversity through our educational programmes.
We develop peace education through fun local mini camps for youth aged 9+ and provide opportunities for groups of youth aged 11-19 to attend international summer camps worldwide.
CISV International is one of the largest youth organisations in the world.
Over 240,000 youth have been involved globally in over 80 countries since the organisation was founded in 1950.
The Christchurch CISV Chapter has run many successful educational summer camp programs over the years, and we send groups of youth to similar programs worldwide annually.
