Our high quality arts programmes for older adults and people living with dementia improve wellbeing and encourage socialisation.

Connect the Dots Charitable Trust’s mission is to improve the lives of older adults and people living with dementia through creative arts.
We are passionately committed to connecting and engaging older people, and people living with dementia or disability, with rich and diverse art and cultural opportunities. Our Make Moments arts educators deliver facilitated art tours and art making workshops at our Onehunga Art Studio and local community spaces and aged care facilities.
The discussions and supported art making engage participants in intellectual stimulation, cultural engagement and social interaction.
We would love your support to help us offer older people and people living with dementia the same opportunities for engagement in the arts as everyone else!
Connect the Dots Charitable Trust was established in Auckland, New Zealand in 2014. Our mahi improves the lives of older people, and people living with dementia, brain injury or disability, through creative art programmes. We work with over 3000 people each year bringing opportunities for creativity, social connection and improved wellbeing.
