Bay of Plenty

We provide support and advocacy for people with learning differences and their families. We aim to educate others by providing professional development. We do one to one tutoring for students and provide parenting support and course for their parents and caregivers.

We have been providing our service in the Rotorua district since 2008. Over the last few years we have extended that service to the rest of the Bay of Plenty. Our professional development seminars have been run all around New Zealand.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
