Providing support, referral and advocacy to those concerned about their own (or a loved one's) eating or body image difficulty via counselling, support groups, info and referral and by educating and initiating health promotion and prevention initiatives in the community via trainings, workshops, school programmes, lobbying.

EDEN is the only easily accessible community-based agency in the North Island dedicated to individual support and community education and health promotion for eating difficulties. We are proud to provide these services and see them as critical given 3% of females are diagnosed with a clinical eating disorder and around 20% struggle with some form of serious eating difficulty,
