At the Featherston Community Centre we pride ourselves in being a hub for the South Wairarapa community. We are connected, local, friendly and supportive.
Each year we survey our community to be sure we are seeking out services and supporting our community members the best way possible.
Our Centre Manager then seeks the services that are required either by hiring facilitators, running courses or partnering with agencies or local businesses to ensure our community is provided for.

The Featherston Community Centre is owned by a trust on behalf of the people of Featherston and the South Wairarapa. Established in 1992, the Centre hosts activities and services from a wide range of providers that promote social cohesion and individual benefit.
Use of funds
Funds for the Centre are needed for ongoing operation and maintenance of the building and grounds as well as wages for our part-time manager.
