The Friends of ANZAC Memorial Bridge hold a memorial service on ANZAC Day each year to remember our fallen. Without the young people of today being here and willing to learn the lessons of the past, our country and our people would be at risk of having to re-learn them.
Lest we forget.
The Friends of the ANZAC Memorial Bridge Kaiparoro Inc (FOAB) was incorporated on 20th January 2006. FOAB has restored the bridge to it's former glory and continues to maintain the bridge and walkway from the Millar Reserve and holds an annual memorial service. FOAB relies on Donations, Membership and Grants from local bodies to achieve it's goals.
