Friends of Ostomates Worldwide New Zealand

NZ has a huge number of donated Ostomy bags, and these are desperately needed in parts of Asia and the South Pacific such as Samoa and Fiji however the cost of freight to get these to the destination countries is extremely high and more so since Covid. As a trust we collect, sort and repackage these items and we pay the freight to get the stock from NZ to the destination country and we depend on donations from other ostomates and members of the public to do this. We have a website which is https://fownz.weebly.com/ We are right now sorting stock to go to the pacific region, in particular Fiji and Samoa and we are dealing in both countries with the Local Cancer Societies, and we also have a couple traveling to the Cook Islands this month who will be taking as much product as it is possible to carry with them to donate to the local hospital We are extremely grateful for any help that we get.
