I have just a week ago had to have my 14 year old black lab X put down, so would love to have a home for Sarge. I have a large back yard, and is fully fenced of which I have photos. I also have a responsible dog owners certificate from the Invercargill Council. Is there any adoption fee, and how much please?

What is the process to adopt the puppy? And also can I please know any cost or future cost involved with it please. Thank you.
