We provide mentors to learner gardeners wanting to embark on our year long programme. We equip our new learner gardeners with tools to make themselves and families sustainable once they have completed the year. Building strong families, lives and communities, one backyard at a time.

Hand Over a Hundy has thrived in Southland, Midcanterbury, Waikato and is about to have new growth in Auckland and Christchurch East, and Christchurch City. We have had over 70 families participate, which have represented hundreds of people involved as mentors, coordinators, participants, and the wider community. A sustainable programme worth investing in!
