Jesses Health Scholarship - Heart Kids BOP (closed)

Jesse Gibb-Kimber was born on 29th February 1992 with pulmonary hypertension and atrial septal defect and was not expected to live past her third birthday. Jesse was one of those people that had amazing courage, bravery and who never gave up. Sadly Jesse passed away at the age of 21 of a brain abscess on the 20th of October 2013.
