Linking Hands Incorporated

Linking Hands is a Free Community Health Shuttle that takes clients from various parts of the rural eastern Kaipara Districts to medical and well being appointments. The pick up areas range from Matakohe through to Mangawhai and up to the Bream Bay areas, we will drop them off and pick them up again at the times that suit them.

Most of these rural places have no public transport or taxi's that would be able to take these clients and having our shuttle service means they can continue to go to their appointments and be independent. Linking hands is run purely by donations and a small amount of funding and all drivers are volunteers.
