We offer a range of learning programmes including literacy, numeracy, technology and work skills. These programmes build our learners skills and confidence giving them choices for their future. Learning is more than a way to get a job - it is about changing lives.

Literacy Aotearoa Wellington is an award winning not-for-profit training provider.

Our programmes help people improve their literacy – including reading, writing, spelling, everyday numeracy and computer skills.

On completion of their course or programme with us, many students have become more involved in their communities, taken better care of their health and finances or become more engaged with their children’s education.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
