Mirror Services is a specialist Counselling, Mental Health and Addictions Support Service for Tamariki, Rangatahi (aged 3-24) and their Whānau operating in Waitaki, Ōtepoti, Clutha, Gore, Invercargill & Bluff. Services include free or low-cost counselling for emotional, behavioural, trauma-related, and alcohol/drug issues through the Mirror Counselling Service.
The Youth Day Programme (13–18) offers structured support for substance use, while Mirror HQ supports youth aged 12–24 with co-existing issues, including withdrawal, psychological care, and family-inclusive work.
The Primary Care Team supports children and families via Gateway referrals across Otago/Southland. ACC-Sensitive claims for sexual harm and grief support are also available. Our team works in schools, homes, and community or government settings, offering Māori-specific and Māmā and Pepi services. We provide a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including support from psychologists, play therapists, family therapists, AOD/CEP clinicians, and play therapy specialists.
