Multiples Canterbury

We seek to ensure that every family with multiples (twins, triplets, or more) feels supported and able to follow this parenting journey with confidence.

For many it is a long road filled with challenges: complications during pregnancy, weeks or months in NICU, long-term medical issues or special needs, financial difficulties, and - all too frequently - postnatal depression or parental separation. Even the easy road is filled with at least twice as much sleep deprivation as usual.

So we seek to support those families as much as possible by sharing our stories through antenatal classes, buddies and Q&A sessions; running playgroups and parent events where they can relax; referring them to other services as appropriate; and maintaining contact for as long as necessary.
