Napier Family Centre exists to improve the wellbeing of vulnerable children and families right across Hawke's Bay.

Napier Family Centre has been here to support our community for over 36 years. Since 1983 our services have continuously changed and adapted as the needs of our community did. Now we are one of the largest non-governmental providers for social services in Napier.

Our mission is to provide services that help children and families along life’s journey and our values of integrity, teamwork, innovation and compassion guide our actions and decisions.

Today we reach around 2500 Hawke's Bay families annually, working collaboratively to help families through hardship. Our programmes and services are designed by qualified and experienced professionals and we constantly evaluate these services to ensure they meet the needs of the community.

Currently our services include, Family social work, Counselling, Budgeting and Financial Capability services, Education programmes for parents, women and children and Early Childhood Education.

Serving the communities of Hawke's Bay since 1983, Napier Family Centre works with around 2500 families every year providing essential social services in social work, budgeting, counselling, education and ECE.
