New Plymouth Brass is the oldest brass band in New Zealand. It plays a major part in the cultural and civic life of the New Plymouth District and is recognised as one of the top musical groups in the region. New Plymouth Brass support the community each year on Anzac Day, marching in Christmas Parades, performing in Carols by Candlelight and Christmas at the Bowl, and providing music at events like Americarnival and in Pukekura Park, as well as competing in regional and national brass band competitions. The band rely on community funding and donations from the public.

We are so grateful for your support, which helps to ensure to survival of our community band.
