North Canterbury RDA is a voluntary group that assists riders to gain confidence and self-esteem through individualised riding programmes.
North Canterbury Riding for the Disabled (NCRDA) is a voluntary organisation that assists riders to gain confidence and success through the bonding with horse, coach and volunteer.
Our programme provides rhythmic movement of the horses walk to stimulate nerves and strengthen the muscles through out the riders body.
We are currently fundraising to establish our own arena and facilities to enable us to extend our riding programmes, in order to accommodate more riding sessions.

This donation is in memory of Des Moore who recently passed away. We (Julie, Jess and myself) were lucky enough to stay with Des and Rita a couple of years ago when on our travels around NZ. I'm very glad that we got to see them both as we had never managed to meet up before. God bless. From your relies in the UK - Steve, Julie and Jess, and Joan and Jacqui.
