Northland Nightmares Roller Girlz are aiming to get to the Roller Derby Nationals (aka Derby Royale) to be held in Palmerston North, this October! This will be huge publicity for the one of the world's fastest growing sports!
We love our sport and want to spread the word to New Zealand!
Northland Nightmares had two players selected for the inaugural Roller Derby World Cup in 2011.
We are also the only league that has a “Bratz” aka Junior team of 9-18 year olds.
Our club hosts public skating sessions every Thursday evening.

We're so excited to be entered in the 2nd ever Roller Derby Nationals aka ""Derby Royale"" in Palmerston North, Labour Weekend 2013. The club is sending 12 players plus a squad of refs, officials and volunteers and need to raise funds for flights and accommodation - and we'd love if you could help us get there!
