Funding research that will help to overcome reproductiove problems such as infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth and pregnancy complications. Growing numbers of New Zealanders face difficulties becoming pregnant or carrying a child safely to term. Research into the causes and preventions of reproductive problems will give more couples the chance to nurture a healthy, bonny baby of their own.

Nurture has helped to fund The Auckland Stillbirth Study, which aims to uncover the causes of late, unexplained stillbirths. More than 600 babies are stillborn every year, and this study will help more couples avoid the tragedy and grief of losing a baby late in pregnany.
