The New Zealand Netherlands Foundation was formed in 1990 to:Promote the Dutch connection to the benefit of the wider New Zealand community; Organise events and activities that express this connection culturally and intellectually; Support any other organisations or events that have similar or associated interests.

Some of the initiatives and programmes that have already occurred are outlined on our website, World Press Photo Exhibitions, De Molen Foxton, Wim Kok Visit 2003 Since its formation, the Foundation has already achieved much and more projects are being planned.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
