New Zealand Underwater Association is a not-for-profit organisation. We believe that recreational underwater activities in New Zealand should be readily accessible, safe, and enjoyable for all.
We promotoe the participation of New Zealanders in underwater activities and respond to issues that may impact on the people and places where these are carried out.
NZUA identify and respond to the needs of the New Zealand dive sector, and also promote and advocate for the maintenance, preservation, and protection of our unique marine environment.
We aim to provide an informative link between all underwater activities, to strengthen the ties between all groups in the underwater activity industry, and be the 'go-to' organisation for all involved in the industry.
