    The Pat Farry Rural Health Education Trust in conjunction with the New Zealand Rural General Practice Network is hosting the Trust’s auction fundraiser – an evening of fine wines, outstanding New Zealand art, epic experiences, music, humour and good company at the Otago Settlers Museum in Dunedin.

    The art will be hung at the Dunedin Town Hall from the 31 March – 2 April 2016 for viewing.

    We have live and silent items. The silent auction closes at 12 noon on Sunday 3 April 2016. Artwork will be available to collect from the Dunedin Town Hall from 12-1pm on Sunday or postage can be arranged at the cost of the purchaser.

    12 August 2013: The Pat Farry Rural Health Education Trust announced application details for two significant scholarships worth a total of $30,000 to encourage undergraduate and rural health professional research and professional development. gScholarships offered by the Pat Farry Rural Health Education Trust assist young people to spend valuable time in innovative and challenging overseas situations, to return, and to become the new generation of idea generators here in New Zealand,h said Mr John Farry, Pat Farry Rural Health Education Trust Chairman.   • Scholarships Awarded to Medical Students Aspiring to a Rural Health Career

    8 Nov 2013: The 2013 Pat Farry Rural Health Education Trust Travelling Scholarship has been awarded to two University of Otago School of Medicine students who will travel to India, Nepal, Gibraltar and The Falkland Islands to further their rural health education. John Farry, chairman of the Pat Farry Rural Health Education Trust, has announced that David Neynens and Rebecca Craw will both receive NZ$5,000 to assist their elective travel in the first term of 2014.
