Proudly entertaining the people of Porirua and greater Wellington for over 60 years.

Sited on Whitehouse Road, this former US Marines Hall is one of the last reminders of these servicemen in our community. A heritage site that needs saving, for PLT who have called it home for over 40 years, and to preserve this piece of history.

We have a lot of money to raise in a relatively short time to show Porirua City Council of our commitment to the site and to going home. We will update information as our fund total grows so please donate and help us reach our goal.

We are Donee registered with the IRD - this is great news for anyone wishing to make a donation and means when you make a donation to PLT you can claim a tax credit (formerly rebate) for that donation. :-)

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
