Plunket Rongotea

For over 100 years Plunket staff and volunteers work together in communities to provide families with access to the range of services they want and need. Support services to young families include family centers, parent groups, toy libraries and car seat rental schemes to name just a few.

Each year, over 90% of New Zealand parents and whanau use Plunket services. Plunket nurses provide support through home and clinic visits, mobile clinics and PlunketLine, a free telephone advice service for parents. Plunket also organises car seat rental schemes, parent groups, parenting education and toy libraries – most of which are available nationwide and free of charge.
