Purple Cake Day charity supports children worldwide to receive the education they need to break the poverty cycle.
Purple Cake Day has funded 6 significant education projects in Nepal, Haiti, Kenya and NZ within 4 years, enabling over 800 children access to education opportunities otherwise not available to them.
We've funded school supplies, libraries, scholarships, literacy programmes, teacher training, psychosocial support, medical care, daily hot meals, and the renovation and building of clean, safe child-friendly classrooms.
In 2015 your funds will help support children in Haiti, Nepal, Kenya and Vanuatu.
Purple Cake Day supports children worldwide to receive the education they need to break the poverty cycle. It’s about 'Kids Helping Kids' through celebration, education and fundraising. Activities empower children to learn about their role in the global community, and grow their sense of compassion, respect and leadership.
