Recreate NZ provides life changing experiences for youth with disabilities all over New Zealand

  Auckland Disability Leadership Programmes

We provide life skills courses, youth camps, getaway weekends, holiday programmes, adventure-based programmes, respite weekends, mothers retreats and more. Highlights on previous programmes include white water rafting, kayaking, tramping, skiing and snowboarding, trips to Wellington, Queenstown, Kaikoura, Taupo and the Coromandel. Not forgetting our twice-yearly Mothers Retreats are a much needed injection of respite

Currently Recreate NZ offers over 220 tailored ½ day to 5 day social, educational, recreation and respite programmes per annum – for 300+ children and youth with disabilities, and to their families in the Auckland, Waikato and Christchurch regions.
