Continuous initiatives aimed at the heart of New Zealand. Without the heart, other parts cannot function, so we make sure it's strong and resilient.

Since 1925, Rural Women has supported rural communities. It began with the need for support in very isolated areas. This is still true today. Over the last several decades, we have taken up the charge to raise funds for research on leptospirosis, and speeds past a school bus at 20km/hr. Rural Women members are active and mobilise quickly.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
