The Southland Sustainable Resource Coalition (SSRC) is a non-partisan, community-led organisation advocating for responsible, transparent, and sustainable development across Southland.
Our objective is to ensure that large-scale industrial developments are properly scrutinised and that local communities have access to clear, factual information before decisions are made. We support environmental protection, responsible resource management, meaningful public consultation, and accountability from both industry and government.
Funds raised will help cover the costs of community education, public meetings, expert advice, research, legal and administrative expenses, and advocacy so Southlanders can have an informed voice in decisions that will shape the future of our region.
