Our mission is to encourage the humane treatment of all animals and to prevent cruelty being inflicted upon them. We do everything we can to ensure that the animals in the Horowhenua region - Shannon and Foxton to Levin - are being looked after.
Numerous interventions, some resulting in prosecution, have resulted in the rescue and re-homing of many animals in the Horowhenua district.

HOROWHENUA SPCA XMAS RAFFLE 2014 19 November 2014
Xmas Raffle 2014 - 500 tickets at $2 per ticket available from Street sellers 20th/21st November in Oxford St, Levin and from the SPCA Op Shop at all other times. The prize is a wheelbarrow full of goodies, including a DVD player. The draw will take place on 21 Dec 2014. Please help your SPCA by supporting our raffle. Good luck to those buying the tickets!
