START- a 20 week programme, youths spend 4 weeks in a bush setting, de-toxing, learning survival skills, learning to trust. Activities include canoeing, tramping, abseiling, water sports. Residence - Education, work ethic, life skills, household chores, work experience & counselling. Transition - Continued support ensuring, they have a safe living environment, ensuring court orders & bail conditions are met.
Assisted 145 Youths. Current statistics 2008 - 2010 62% gained next level in drivers licence, 90% increased level of education, 90% taken part in work experience, 55% gained paid employment, 61 % remained crime free. More importantly is the obvious self belief in the Young Person.

Programme Two, The youths, male and female spend a week in the bush forming strong connections with them mentors, then are mentored for approximately a year, learning life skills, support for school work, courses and trades.
Programme Three (currently unfunded) is a respite home for both females and males in need of time away from their current situation to feel safe and reset.
